• Children under 12 years old and under the height of 140cm must be accompanied by an adult and will need to wear a full-body harness. Participants under the age of 18 who meet the height and weight requirements can enjoy the activity on their own but will need to be accompanied by and present a signed waiver by a parent or legal guardian in order to do so
• In good medical condition
• Not under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgment
• Face masks must be worn inside of the Information Kiosk and the Adventure Center at all times.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your Jais Sky Tour + Jebel Jais Flight Combo's starting time to Toroverde Ras Al Khaimah's parking lot. Please ensure you are parked and at the meeting point on time as tardiness will have an impact on the timing for the experience. If you miss the shuttle, it will be considered a no show and you will forfeit 100% of your payment in line with our terms and conditions.
It is mandatory to bring your Original Passport OR Emirates ID to be presented at the counter.
