About The Training
This 2 day specialised training in CBT is suited for practitioners and workers in mental health and allied fields looking towards improving their skills and competencies in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It is designed to cater for individuals with different professional backgrounds involved in the Healthcare field.

It will provide participants with basic and intermediate CBT skills and competence in the principles of assessment and case formulation, as well as the appropriate use of Cognitive and Behavioural interventions.
