Restrictions subject to age and health condition:

- Weight requirements: minimum 40kg and maximum 100kg. 

- Height requirement: 130 cm minimum. 

- Anyone who has reached the age of 18 and meets the required conditions is allowed to take the tour, provided that he or she is accompanied by someone and shows a waiver signed by the family or legal guardian. 

- Participants must be in good health and feel comfortable.

- Persons under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs are not allowed to participate.

- Photos and Videos: You can take your experience home by availing photo and video services for an additional fee.

• To reach your destination, you have to walk 30 km to the top of Jebel Jais. 
• The place is easy to reach by car. Once you reach the top of the mountain, proceed to the zipline parking lot as shown on your booking confirmation. 
• When you arrive at the venue, you will notice an information center where you will need to check the details of your reservation. We recommend that you print or download the instructions, directions, and map.
