The zipline is very exciting. I recommend that everyone who likes ziplines try it once. It takes about 2 minutes to reach the end of the zipline but it feels like it takes longer. The sledder is also worth a try and it only costs AED 50 for one ride. Its a long track so the ride is not short.

Jais Flight: The entire zipline experience lasts around 1.5–2 hours, including check-in and preparation.
Jais Sledder: The sled ride takes approximately 8 minutes.
Arrival: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booking time.

Eligibility:

Jais Flight:
- Minimum weight: 40 kg
- Maximum weight: 120 kg
- Minimum height: 130 cm

Jais Sledder:
- Minimum age: 10 years
- Minimum height: 138 cm

Clothing: Wear sporty, athletic clothing (no dresses or skirts). Sturdy, closed-toe shoes with a good grip are required. Flip-flops, sandals, or high heels are not allowed.
Arrival: Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Safety Measures: All participants will be provided with a harness and over-suit for the zipline. Participants must meet the minimum height and weight requirements for both activities.

Location: Jebel Jais is located in Ras Al Khaimah, approximately 2 hours by car from Dubai.

Transport Options: You can drive directly or hire a private taxi service. There are also shuttle services available from Ras Al Khaimah city center, which can be arranged in advance.
