It’s a wonderful experience all the way from the beginning till the end. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The entire flight is a truly unique experience not the mention the way the zip line is being built. Wow.

The zip line is great and all good.

The purchase of the ticket was far from OK as Platinumlist didn't have it under control and tried to change the time short time before planned time.

When arriving at the event the staff solved the situation despite Platinumlist lack of performance.

The information I had been given by Platinumlist was not true and therefore I cannot recommend Platinumlist to anyone.

The Jebel Jais Flight Zipline allows you to experience fantastic views as you fly above the stretch of mountains and land in the middle of the mountain on a transparent suspended platform in this safe yet thrilling adventure.

Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into the premises.
Please carry a valid photo ID with you.
Please arrive 50 minutes before your allotted time.
Pre-booking tickets online for the Jebel Jais Zipline is mandatory.

Jebel Jais Zipline Dress code: Casual, sporty and comfortable clothing is allowed on the zipline.
Dresses, skirts, and beachwear are not allowed.
Wear trainers or closed-toe footwear; No flip-flops, sandals, high heels, or loose shoes allowed.
Guest can record their Zipline experience using on-site camera service, available at the reception. The cost is AED 90 per person.
Access to the mountain road is strictly limited to guests with a valid zipline booking; walk-ins and last-minute bookings are not permitted.
Due to an additional security checkpoint en route, guests are advised to arrive earlier than usual to ensure a smooth and timely check-in.

Age and Health Restrictions
Weight requirements: Min 40 kg - Max 120 kg.
Height requirements: 130 cm minimum.
People younger than 18 who meet the requirements are allowed to do the tour on their own but should be accompanied and show a signed waiver from parents or legal guardians.
Participants need to be healthy and feel good.
Pregnant women are not allowed to participate.
People under the influence of alcohol and illegal drugs are not allowed to participate.

Free cancellation or rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours before the visit date
If you want to reschedule with in 72 hours you have to pay 50 AED per person.

In order to get to the destination, you need to drive 30 km to the top of Jebel Jais Mountain. The road is easily accessible by car. Once you arrive at the top of the mountain, drive to the Zipline Parking as it is shown on your booking confirmation.

When you reach the spot, you will see an information center where you need to check your reservation details. Be advised to print or download the instructions, directions, and map.
