1- The idea of tokens not acceptable
2- guys at the gate not allowing people to go out and come back in not acceptable. People leave stuff in their cars and like jackets and stuff. This only happened during the first day and the manager was extremely unprofessional that he should really think of another job if he can’t handle few complaints from people.
3- selection of drinks is horrible and not acceptable at all. This drove people to bring drinks and leave them at tents and domes of friends and eventually the main event is losing customers

First of all, when you organize an event in this magnitude, you make sure you provide enough FOOD and WATER and ALCOHOL to your guests. It doesn’t make sense to starve for 2 days and not have good quality and healthy food options. ( you just lost the opp to make more money)!! 🎤

food options was very poor,
the venue place amenities especially the toilets - for such ticket price WC caravans should have been rented out just like any respectable concerts we attended in UAE
the parking area should have been marked out and ushers to control how cars are parked should have been deployed
zero safety procedures especially first aid and fire extinguishers
the token availability especially in the morning was absent
no proper hygiene at food and drinks outlets
